The role will initially focus on India and the Philippines, with the potential to support additional countries as Ryan’s global benefits operating model evolves.This position requires deep knowledge of India benefits, experience managing benefits in a multi-country environment, and the ability to work effectively with local leadership, global teams, brokers, vendors, and People Group partners. The Manager will serve as a trusted benefits subject matter expert, bringing operational discipline, strong stakeholder management, and a team member-focused approach to benefits delivery.\nThis role will also lead a small benefits team of approximately 2 to 3 team members, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, workload management, and support to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent execution of benefits processes.\nSuccessful Ryan team members embrace and live Ryan’s values of Pursue Excellence, Wired to Win, Generosity Matters, Build Trust and Integrity Always, and demonstrate accountability in how they lead work, partner with others, and serve team members.\nDuties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results\nPeople:\nLead, coach, and support a small benefits team responsible for benefits administration and operations across assigned countries.\nCreate a positive team member experience by ensuring benefits programs are administered accurately, consistently, and with a high level of care.\nBuild strong working relationships with local leadership, People Group partners, brokers, vendors, and global benefits stakeholders.\nAct as a trusted benefits subject matter expert for assigned countries, with particular emphasis on India benefits.\nSupport clear benefits communication, education, and change management for team members and local People Group teams.\nDevelop team capability by providing guidance, feedback, training, and process clarity.\nClient:\nServe as the primary benefits lead for assigned countries, initially focused on India and the Philippines.\nManage benefits inquiries, escalations, issue resolution, renewals, vendor coordination, and employee-facing benefits support.\nPartner with local leadership and People Group teams to provide practical benefits guidance that balances compliance, market practice, cost, and team member experience.\nWork with brokers and vendors to ensure service levels, claims support, renewal execution, and team member experience expectations are met.\nSupport enrollment activity, benefits communications, employee education sessions, and related materials.\nEnsure benefits processes are clear, well-documented, and aligned with Ryan’s service expectations.\nValue:\nLead the administration, renewal, and governance of benefits programs across assigned countries.\nBring deep expertise in India benefits, including insured benefits, statutory requirements, broker and carrier management, renewal cycles, claims escalation, compliance, and employee communications.\nSupport benefits activity for additional countries as Ryan’s global benefits operating model evolves.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline benefits administration, reduce manual work, improve controls, and create more consistent processes across geographies.\nPartner with global benefits leadership to support benefit program decisions, vendor management, renewals, benchmarking, and cost analysis.\nReview plan documents, insurance policies, benefit guides, enrollment materials, and vendor communications for accuracy and alignment with local requirements.\nSupport benefits due diligence and integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion.\nMaintain appropriate benefit records, vendor files, renewal materials, process documentation, and audit controls.\nMonitor vendor performance, team member feedback, utilization trends, and operational issues to identify risks and improvement opportunities.\nSupport global benefits projects as assigned, particularly where operational coordination, reporting, vendor follow-up, or cross-country execution is required.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.\nAt least 7 -
