Pruning, mulching, weeding, cutbacks, and cleanups on a regular schedule and as needed.\nAssist with landscape install and tree work as needed/seasonally.\nWork well independently as well as on a team while caring for customer properties.\nInteract professionally with customers on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services.\nPossess a general knowledge of plant maintenance practices.\nContinue on the job training for all aspects of RYAN provided services along with recommendations for other RYAN services as needed on their property.\nRequirements\n3 years’ experience in landscape plant maintenance or related field\nHigh school diploma, (Horticulture degree preferred)\nWorking knowledge of plant identification, proper pruning and common issues by species\nCommercial applicator's license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire\nValid driver's license\nAbility to obtain DOT medical certification\nAbility to lift 50lbs\nAbility to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day\n ** SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment.
