Manage a route of 400-500 customers, delivering consistent, high-quality service on every visit.\nLearn to diagnose and solve. Identify lawn problems others can't see and prescribe specific solutions that actually work for each individual property.\nDeliver the full package. Complete turf bid requests, fertilization applications, aeration, seeding, and service calls across your customer base.\nBe the expert. Develop a thorough knowledge of turfgrass practices as well as all other Ryan services so you can be a true resource for your customers.\nBuild relationships. Provide excellent account management and customer service - earning the trust of homeowners who take pride in their outdoor spaces.\nWork hard, together. Thrive independently on your route while also being a strong\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nValid driver's license; ability to obtain DOT certification\nAbility to obtain and maintain a state-issued pesticide applicator license (turfgrass) within 3 months\nAbility to lift 50 lbs.\nA curious, problem-solving mindset and a genuine love for the outdoors\n** SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment.
