Manage a route of 400-500 customers, delivering consistent, high-quality service on every visit.\nDiagnose and solve. Identify lawn problems others can't see and prescribe specific solutions that actually work for each individual property.\nDeliver the full package. Complete turf bid requests, fertilization applications, aeration, seeding, and service calls across your customer base.\nBe the expert. Develop a thorough knowledge of turfgrass practices as well as all other Ryan services so you can be a true resource for your customers.\nBuild relationships. Provide excellent account management and customer service - earning the trust of homeowners who take pride in their outdoor spaces.\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nExperience in horticulture, landscaping, customer service, or a related field preferred\nBachelor's or Associate's degree in agronomy, turfgrass, or agricultural sciences is a plus\nValid driver's license; ability to obtain DOT certification, pass a background check and drug screening\nAbility to obtain and maintain a state-issued pesticide applicator license (turfgrass) within 3 months\nA curious, problem-solving mindset and a genuine love for the outdoors\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\nAbility to walk, stand, and push/pull equipment for extended periods, including up to 3 miles per day in the field\nAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round\n** SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment.
