From the first phone call to the final follow-up, you’ll set the tone for what it’s like to work with Ryan Lawn & Tree.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the customer experience: Engage with customers by phone, email, chat, and occasionally in person, addressing questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and with genuine care, with first-call resolution as the goal.\nManage the schedule: Coordinate and optimize schedules across branch operations, managing resources efficiently and adapting quickly to changing priorities.\nProcess payments accurately: Assist customers with payments in full compliance with PCI standards.\nKnow our services: Develop a thorough understanding of Ryan Lawn & Tree’s services, products, and policies to provide accurate, confident guidance.\nMaintain accurate records: Collect and update customer information, keeping account records current and documenting every interaction.\nDrive process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer’s experience.\nCollaborate across teams: Partner with sales, marketing, and other departments to align on strategies and achieve shared goals.\nSupport sales growth: Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs, identify prospects based on reports and timelines, and recommend services that fit.\nStay informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to add value to every customer conversation.\nShare customer feedback: Gather customer insights and share them with the team to improve our services and processes.\nRequirements\n2+ years of customer service or branch operations experience; general knowledge of business operations and GGOB a plus\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, professional, and approachable style\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules and shifting priorities\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems\nAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment\nA positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction\nA willingness to go the extra mile\nWhy work at Ryan?\nIn addition to being a non-smoking, EEOC-compliant company with real advancement opportunities, we offer:\nFull-time, year-round employment with starting compensation of $20.00/hr+ depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities\nExcellent benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance\n100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)\n401(k) with company match\n11 paid holidays plus 1 floating personal holiday\n17 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days\nRyan Lawn & Tree is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
