This role leads the development of dashboards, reporting packages, and data insights using multiple internal data sources. The Manager oversees reporting governance, data quality, KPI monitoring, and data warehousing practices while managing a team of analysts. This position ensures that reporting processes, tools, and data infrastructure adhere to best practices and support strategic and operational decision making across the organization.Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results\nPeople:\nCreate a positive team member experience.\nSupervise, mentor, and develop reporting and analytics team members.\nFoster a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on accuracy, insight, and continuous improvement.\nManage performance, workload prioritization, and professional development for team members.\nClient:\nPartner with senior leadership, region leaders, and practice leads to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.\nClearly and concisely communicate findings to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.\nServe as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for user-facing reporting technologies such as Power BI.\nPrepare and present reporting packages and dashboards for senior leadership and Board-level meetings.\nValue:\nGather and analyze data from multiple internal systems to uncover timely and actionable operational insights.\nDevelop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations aligned with brand standards and best practices.\nAnalyze KPIs, trends, and operational metrics to identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems through validation and troubleshooting.\nPerform or oversee programming tasks required to support data warehouse development and reporting infrastructure.\nMaintain and execute a backlog of enhancements, upgrades, and feature requests for reports and backend data systems.\nContinuously evaluate and improve reporting processes, tools, and data workflows.\nImplement automation to reduce manual reporting and enhance efficiency.\nIdentify and define new process improvement opportunities.\nCollaborate with IT, Finance, and business units to resolve data issues and enhance reporting capabilities.\nTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.\nSupport strategic initiatives through data analysis, modeling, and insights.\nPerform ad-hoc analysis and other duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.\n5-7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, data management, or related data-driven roles.\nExperience supervising or mentoring analytical staff.\nProven ability to work with large datasets and deliver actionable insights.\nAccounting experience is not required but considered an asset.\nExperience in a professional services or multi-business-unit environment preferred.\nComputer Skills:\nAdvanced Power BI skills.\nAdvanced with SQL or other querying languages.\nExperience with Databricks.\nFamiliarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.\nStrong internet navigation and research skills.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nStrong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated ability to improve processes and drive efficiency.\nAbility to adhere to data governance and security standards.\nPreferred Skills:\nKnowledge of data visualization best practices.\nExperience with Power BI, or similar enterprise reporting platforms.\nExperience in an international or professional services environment.\nAdvanced analytics, BI, or data engineering certifications.\nCertificates and Licenses:\nValid driver’s license required.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nDirectly supervises reporting and analytics team members.\nResponsible for coaching, performance management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable laws.\nEqual
