This hands-on transformation role requires a leader who can translate business problems into practical automation, artificial intelligence, workflow, integration, and analytics solutions; personally build solutions or direct their delivery; and demonstrate measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cycle time, capacity, cost, risk, client experience, and adoption. The role partners with Service Delivery, Technology and Global Shared Services teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and strengthen GCC capabilities.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nPeople:\nBuild and lead a high-performing AI, Automation, and Transformation team by fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nProvide guidance and support to Process Excellence team members on project execution, process analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nBuild organizational capability by driving training, knowledge-sharing, and adoption of process, quality, and transformation best practices.\nPromote a data-driven mindset and encourage teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement and business transformation.\nEstablish and reinforce standards for process documentation, quality management, and knowledge management to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.\nClient:\nPartner with GCC and practice leaders to understand business priorities, surface high-value automation opportunities, and build an outcome-based transformation roadmap.\nLead discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and data analysis to identify manual effort, bottlenecks, rework, control gaps, and customer or team members pain points.\nDesign, prototype, build, or lead the delivery of solutions using current technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, analytics, and low-code or pro-code services.\nTranslate complex technical possibilities into clear business cases and delivery options and communicate associated risks and decisions to leadership.\nDevelop and execute adoption and change-management plans, including communications, role-based enablement, stakeholder alignment, and transition to business ownership.\nLead executive stakeholder engagement and communicate progress, decisions, dependencies, risks, and realized benefits with clarity.\nValue:\nLead process excellence projects to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cycle time, and cost efficiency.\nDefine, track, and report KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements, QMS/DMS, automation, and AI initiatives.\nDevelop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance, trends, and business impact.\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution and sustained outcomes.\nConduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and governance requirements.\nDesign and manage Process Knowledge Tests (PKTs) to assess capability gaps and drive continuous learning.\nCollaborate with technology teams to enhance system integration, governance, and knowledge management.\nPartners with technology and business teams to evaluate, implement, and scale AI and automation opportunities while ensuring appropriate governance, adoption, and measurable impact.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality enhancement, cycle time reduction, and productivity gains.\nEstablishes process excellence dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor project progress, efficiency gains, quality trends, adoption levels, and business impact.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\nAt least eight years of experience in automation, digital transformation, AI, technology-enabled operations, consulting, shared services, or related roles.\nA demonstrable track record of personally building, deploying, or leading production automation and AI solutions, supported by examples of the technologies used and business outcomes achieved.\nEvidence of measurable transformation outcomes such as productivity or capacity gains, cycle-time reduction, cost avoidance, quality improvement, risk reduction, or improved client and employee experience.\nKey Skills and Competencies:\nHands-on, outcome-oriented approach to AI, automation, digital transformation, and operational problem-solving.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to connect technology choices to value, risk, feasibility, and adoption.\nExecutive communication, influencing, negotiation, and cross-functional stakeholder management.\nStructured analytical thinking, data interpretation, business-case development, and KPI design.\nChange leadership and adoption discipline, including training, communications, operating-model transition, and reinforcement.\nSound judgment on responsible AI, data governance, security, controls, and human-in-the-loop design.\nLean Six Sigma or continuous-improvement experience is helpful where it supports automation and transformation delivery.\nTechnical Skills:\nMicrosoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and related governance capabilities.\nAI agents, prompt and evaluation practices, retrieval or knowledge integrations, and responsible AI controls.\nWorkflow automation, RPA or task automation, APIs, system integrations, web services, and data pipelines.\nAnalytics, dashboards, SQL or equivalent data skills, and value tracking.\nSolution documentation, source control or release practices, testing, monitoring, support transition, and access management.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
