The role contributes to the design and implementation of solutions across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), helping integrate indirect tax, direct tax, and transfer pricing requirements into scalable business processes and global compliance models.The Senior Consultant works closely with client tax, finance, and technology stakeholders, supporting solution design, business process analysis, requirements gathering, and project delivery. The role also contributes to the successful implementation of technology-enabled tax solutions while collaborating with senior team members and helping deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nERP Tax Design & Implementation Delivery\nSupport the delivery of ERP tax workstreams across SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including requirements gathering, solution design, testing coordination, and go-live readiness.\nSupport the integration of tax requirements into key business processes, including order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), intercompany, and record-to-report (R2R).\nAssist in documenting tax-related controls, configuration requirements, and process flows.\nGlobal E-invoicing, SAF-T & Real-Time Reporting Requirements\nSupport impact assessments, solution design, and implementation activities related to e-invoicing, SAF-T, e-reporting, and real-time reporting mandates.\nTax Engine & Compliance Provider Integrations\nSupport the integration of ERP systems with tax engines and compliance providers (e.g., Sovos, Pagero, Vertex, ONESOURCE, Avalara).\nSupport the functional design of tax determination, invoicing flows, reporting, monitoring, and audit trail requirements.\nTax Automation, Data & Analytics\nSupport the development of tax automation and analytics solutions that improve data quality, transparency, and governance.\nAssist with tax data acquisition, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting across ERP and tax systems.\nTeam Contribution & Business Development Support\nCollaborate with colleagues across multidisciplinary teams, contributing to a high-performing and collaborative working environment.\nEducation and Experience:\n5-7 years of combined tax and technology experience (e.g., VAT/GST advisory, ERP transformation, tax compliance technology, transfer pricing data/process enablement).\nExperience supporting tax-enabled ERP implementations and/or e-invoicing / digital compliance solutions.\nSolid understanding of indirect tax; exposure to direct tax and/or transfer pricing is an advantage.\nFluent in English; \nStrong communication skills and experience working in project-based delivery environments.\nComputer Skills:\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
