The Senior Software Engineer will also contribute to the system’s performance, stability, scalability, and security, while supporting technical design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.\nThe position also requires the ability to mentor, coach, and motivate other team members.\nDuties and Responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results\nPeople:\nCreate a positive team experience.\nParticipate in peer code review processes.\nProvide regular status updates to the Project Lead and Project Manager.\nMentor, coach, and support other developers within the team.\nClient:\nProvide proactive work status updates to International / India liaison teams.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements.\nValue:\nEstimate, design, code, and test applications using Microsoft .NET technologies, primarily C#.\nDevelop and support solutions using Dynamics 365, including plugins and related customizations.\nCreate application design specifications and document coding efforts.\nAnalyze medium to complex business and technical problems and provide practical solutions.\nParticipate in technical design discussions and prepare clear design documentation.\nTroubleshoot and debug technical issues across application, database, and integration layers.\nCreate and implement unit test plans and unit test cases.\nSupport release and deployment activities into production environments.\nEnsure assigned deliverables are completed on time and with quality.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent work experience preferred.\nAt least 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft development environments, including:\n.NET / C#\nASP.NET\nMicrosoft SQL Server\nDynamics 365 development\nDynamics 365 plugins\nPowerflows\nIIS Administration\nMicrosoft certifications would be considered an advantage.\nTechnical Skills:\n4+ years of full-time experience in .NET Framework / C# development.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including plugins and customizations.\nExperience with Power Automate flows and related workflow customizations.\nFront-end development experience using HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, and CSS.\nReact experience would be considered a nice-to-have.\nStrong SQL skills, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server.\nExperience using GitHub or similar source control/release management tools.\nUnderstanding of release and deployment processes into production environments.\nStrong experience in object-oriented design, relational database design, and XML design.\nAbility to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.\nAbility to collaborate and brainstorm with other developers in a team environment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, task management, and organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nStrong written and verbal English communication
