This individual will support the technical claims processing across our broking team and help to shape the function moving forward.Location:\nLondon - UK - FenchurchWhat will your job entail?\nResponsibilities which will evolve over time include:\nManage and maintain Claims daily\nReview, reconcile and process new claims notifications, claim updates and invoices as well as monthly bordereau for various Coverholders and TPA’sEnsure all claims are attributable to the correct parties and year of account\nReview, reconcile and maintain all reserves and fees accordingly\nCommunicate with Coverholders and TPA’s to verify and obtain information where necessary\nClaims management and communications to all non-bureau markets\n\nClaims management, maintenance and processing to Lloyd’s of London and Company Markets, through CLASS or Brokasure via Velonetic/XIS systems\nFile, manage and maintain all documentation and data entry necessary\nTo play an active role and to undertake other reasonable duties if required, to ensure the department operates efficiently\nSkills and Attributes:\nGood mathematic and administrative skills & strong spreadsheet skills with excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail\nAble to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing\nMotivational skills, team player as well as working on own initiative\nAbility to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise\nGeneral insurance claims experience between 2-5 years, ideally within a London market broking house and knowledge of the London Market procedures\nKnowledge of Xchanging applications is favorable\nDisclaimer\nRyan Specialty is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
