They ensure regulatory compliance in distribution activities, provide training and support to the distribution team to achieve company goals.What will your job entail?\nJob Responsibilities:Spearheads creation of forward-looking distribution strategies based on market research, data analysis, insurance industry trends, and competitive landscape aiming to maximize sales and profitability.\nEvaluates and enhances distribution channel strategies to increase market share and improve customer acquisition and retention.\nServes as a specialist on distribution best practices and industry trends; identifies the most effective distribution channels to reach the target market including brokers, agents, online platforms, and other channels to enhance the company's competitive edge in the market.\nDevelops high-level strategies for distribution channels management by utilizing advanced analytics tools and leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.\nEstablishes and monitors key performance indicators to assess efficiency and effectiveness of existing distribution channels and share regular updates on performance, trends, critical areas to leadership.\nInitiates and fosters strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (brokers/agents), industry influencers, and potential collaborators to expand the company's distribution network.\nEvaluates and recommends transformative technologies for integration into distribution platforms, emphasizing advancements to establish the company as an industry leader in distribution innovation.\nLeads the integration of marketing strategies with distribution efforts, ensuring cohesive and targeted approaches that amplify channel performance.\nOversees regulatory compliance, ensuring that distribution activities not only adhere to internal policies and insurance industry standards but strategically align with the company's long-term objectives.\nProvides training and support to distribution teams, helping them understand and effectively utilize tools, technologies, and strategies.\nWork Experience and Education:\nBachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Economics or Distribution preferred.\n• 12+ years of experience in distribution strategy, agent onboarding, external-facing engagement, channel management with a Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years and a Master’s degree is preferred.\nRyan Specialty is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
