The position is responsible for handling endorsements, gathering and organizing required file information, and maintaining strong communication with agents and carriers to resolve questions and obtain necessary details. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a foundational understanding of insurance processes and a desire to grow their knowledge of the industry and the wholesale brokerage space.What will your job entail?\nJob Responsibilities:\nSupport the team with binding processes.\nNavigate carrier portals to complete bind orders efficiently.\nProcess paperwork and follow up on outstanding documentation.\nHandle endorsement requests and processing.\nGather and organize required information to complete files.\nSet up and maintain files, including importing documentation as needed.\nRequest necessary information from agents in a timely manner.\nCollaborate with carriers to resolve questions and disputes.\nProvide general team support as needed.\nContinuously build knowledge of the industry and the role of wholesale within it.\nWork Experience and Education:\nBA/BS degree in Business or Risk Management.\n6 months to 1 year of experience in a related field or similar role.\nKnowledge of insurance and policy issuance systems.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nSkills:\nTechnical/Functional Skills:\nResults-driven\nInsurance regulation knowledge\nCritical thinking\nQuoting\nNegotiation\nBusiness development\nBehavioral Skills:\nTime management\nMultitasking\nDecision-making\nStrong communication skills\nRyan Specialty is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
