The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and cost estimation within the construction, specially in electrical and mechanical engineering, or relevant industry sector. You will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring budgets are met, and providing valuable insights for project planning and execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Prepare detailed cost estimation for M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.\n2. Assist in developing project costing.\n3. Assist in preparing and issuing tenders for M&E works,\n4. Evaluate bids, and make recommendations based on cost, quality, and compliance.\n5. Analyse M&E designs and specifications to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.\n5. Assist in contracts related M&E works.\n6. Conduct site measurements to verify quantities and prepare interim valuations for progress payments.\n7. Assess and manage variations and change orders, providing cost implications and justifications.\n8. Identify potential risks associated with M&E works and develop strategies to mitigate them.\n9.
