We have an in-house Architectural Finishes & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.\nWhat you will do:\nWork closely with the estimating, marketing, and operations departments and staff\nAttend pre bid meetings and site visits\nWork with team to develop estimates and respond to bids and proposals for existing and new clients\nMake phone calls and email to trade subcontractors for scope and proposal reviews\nQuantity take offs and develop scopes of work from drawings and specifications\nAttend in person and onsite meetings\nOther tasks as needed for operations and estimating departments\nWhat you will need to be successful:\nCurrent enrollment in a relevant degree program (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, etc.) is preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction-related software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam) is a plus.\nGood communicator\nOrganized and detailed\nGood interpersonal skills\nAble to multitask and manage multiple priorities\nAble to drive a vehicle for work purposes\nAt Rycon Construction, Inc. we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
