We have an in-house Architectural Finishes & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.\nWe are seeking an experienced Safety Manager in our Dallas office.\nPlease note this position will be fully onsite and based out of Mobeetie.\nWhat you will do:\nPartner with operational and executive leadership to strengthen and promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.\nConduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.\nLead accident and incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain project-specific safety plans, site logistics plans, and risk mitigation strategies.\nDeliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, training programs, and ongoing safety education for employees and subcontractors.\nCollaborate with Operations, Estimating, and Preconstruction teams on project safety planning, site-specific risks, and constructability review.\nParticipate in project meetings and provide safety leadership throughout all phases of construction.\nMonitor and enforce subcontractor compliance with company safety requirements, site-specific safety plans, and OSHA standards.\nMaintain safety documentation, reports, audits, training records, and regulatory compliance records.\nDevelop and implement new safety initiatives, programs, and best practices to continuously improve overall safety performance.\nTrack safety metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to leadership for improvement opportunities.\nServe as the primary safety resource and advisor for project teams throughout the Dallas region.\nSupport multiple project sites through regular local travel and field presence.\nWhat you will need to be successful:\nBachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of 10 years of construction safety experience, preferably within commercial construction environments.\nDirect experience supporting Data Center and Mission Critical construction projects.\nStrong understanding of OSHA regulations, construction safety practices, and risk management principles.\nExperience conducting safety audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning.\nDemonstrated ability to influence and engage employees, subcontractors, and leadership in maintaining a strong safety culture.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations and safety training.\nAbility to manage multiple project sites and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software platforms.\nAt Rycon Construction, Inc., we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
