Craftworks USA is AWI-QCP and FSC Certified.\nWe are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our rapidly growing Casework & Millwork Division located in Oakdale, PA.\nThis role supports Project Managers in the execution of millwork projects from estimating handoff through fabrication and installation. APMs are assigned to specific projects and work closely with PMs to ensure project flow, documentation accuracy, and coordination across departments. This is a growth-oriented role with a path to becoming a Project Manager.\nWhat you will do:\nAssist PMs with submittals, RFIs, and tracking approvals. \nCoordinate material takeoffs and support procurement activities. \nPrepare and maintain project documentation, Work Orders, and other items as needed. \nSupport scheduling and delivery coordination with internal and external teams. \nLearn the full project lifecycle with a path toward future PM advancement. \nWhat you will need to be successful:\nThree (3) years' experience in architectural woodwork, construction, or custom manufacturing is preferred but not required. \nMust have ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. \nStrong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively with PMs and cross-functional teams. \nExperience with Innergy software is helpful but not required. \nComputer skills required - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nCreative problem solving skills \nMust be highly motivated and organized to be able to support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. \nAt Craftworks USA, we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
