We have an in-house Architectural Finishes & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.\nWe are seeking an experienced Service - Project Manager at our Ft Lauderdale office.\nWhat you will do:\nManage multiple of projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.\nReview contracts, project documents, and construction plans to ensure project compliance and execution requirements are clearly understood.\nWork with Project Teams to develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project.\nPrepare, negotiate, and award subcontract agreements and Supplier Purchase Orders.\nReview and develop subcontractor scopes of work to ensure complete project coverage.\nCoordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction.\nGenerate and process client invoices, including progress billings,\nCommunicate project updates to internal teams.\nReview, prepare, and manage change orders and T&M Tickets.\nTrack and manage RFIs, submittals, cost reports, project budgets, and overall financial performance.\nSupport preconstruction and estimating efforts, including material take-offs and constructability reviews.\nManage and enter Field Weekly Payroll.\nMonitor labor hours and productivity metrics to support project cost control and forecasting.\nSchedule and Coordinate with In-House Crews and Subcontractors.\nSchedule and coordinate work activities for in-house crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project progress and efficiency.\nWhat you will need to be successful:\n5+ years of Project Management experience managing commercial construction project.\nStrong preference for candidates with Framing and Carpentry.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.\nProven ability to lead complex projects from conception through successful completion.\nStrong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, budgeting, and scheduling.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nProficiency with Procore Invoicing and Procore Core Tools.\nAbility to perform material take-offs and review construction estimates.\nAbility to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.\nKnowledge of the South Florida construction market preferred.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.\nAt Rycon Construction, Inc. we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
