We have an in-house Architectural Finishes & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.\nWe are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator at our Pittsburgh office.\nWhat you will do:\nMaintain and monitor servers, virtualization platforms, and core infrastructure\nAdminister Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity/security controls\nSupport firewalls, switches, wireless, and site-to-site connectivity\nOversee monitoring systems, backup validation, and disaster recovery readiness\nProvide Tier 3 support, root-cause analysis, and guidance to Helpdesk staff\nCreate and maintain infrastructure documentation and procedures\nWhat you will need to be successful:\n5+ years of systems/infrastructure admin experience\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID/M365\nStrong knowledge of networking infrastructure\nExperience with virtua lization (VMware/Hyper-V) and change management\nProven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments\nExperience in midsize enterprise environments preferred\nKnowledge of backup/monitoring/DR tools, security collaboration, and PowerShell\nautomation preferred\nAt Rycon Construction, Inc. we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
