We have an in-house Architectural Finishes & Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.\nWe are seeking a Scheduler at our Philadelphia office.\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop bid level and construction schedules from project pursuit through completion\nPlan project sequencing, durations, and milestones in coordination with project teams\nMaintain and update schedules to reflect actual progress and field conditions\nMonitor schedule performance and track key milestones and critical path activities\nAnalyze delays and identify risks, conflicts, and potential schedule impacts\nLead development of mitigation strategies and recovery plans when needed\nEvaluate and communicate schedule impacts related to changes and modifications\nSupport project teams with schedule planning, forecasting, and progress tracking\nPrepare and review monthly schedule reports for leadership\nMaintain schedule related logs including trends and change tracking\nProvide scheduling guidance and oversight across multiple active projects\nContinuously improve scheduling processes, tools, and reporting standards\nWhat you will need to be successful:\nMinimum of 10 years of experience.\nSkilled in Primavera P6.\nCPM Scheduling.\nEarned Value Management.\nDetail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite.\nHave a thorough understanding of project accounting and accrual collection.\nThe ability to travel on occasion.\nAt Rycon Construction, Inc. we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
