Craftworks USA is AWI-QCP and FSC Certified.\nWe are seeking a Project Manager for our Casework and Millwork division located in Oakdale, PA.\nWhat You Will Do:\nManage complete project scope, including proposal requirements and exclusions.\nRead and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents; review shop drawings internally and coordinate architectural reviews, revisions, approvals, and final releases.\nProvide the shop with accurate fabrication documents, product data, and approved drawings.\nManage work orders, submittals, RFIs, change orders, cost impacts, budget breakouts, cost reports, forecasts, commitments, and profitability tracking.\nDevelop and coordinate fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules while ensuring milestone adherence using Innergy ERP Software\nCoordinate procurement, material takeoffs, vendors, subcontractors, shipping, and field activities.\nRecommend value-engineering options and alternates to protect budget, schedule, and design intent.\nCommunicate proactively with clients and project partners to resolve issues.\nMentor assistant project managers and support team development.\nWhat you will need to be successful:\nThree or more years of experience managing millwork, cabinetry, architectural products, or similar manufactured construction projects.\nAbility to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.\nExperience with estimating, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while successfully supporting projects with extended schedules.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nSelf-driven and accountable, with effective teamwork skills.\nComfortable working in office environments.\nWillingness to develop a strong understanding of architectural millwork and construction methods.\nExperience with Innergy is a plus.\nAt Craftworks USA, we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
