Plans and evaluates all of the enhancement projects' activities\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nManage portfolio with multiple enhancement projects at a time. Constantly maintains pipeline and appraises functional team of upcoming projects\nLead the planning, execution, and implementation of assigned enhancement projects\nDevelops full scale project plans. Defines project tasks, resource requirements, and facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Forecast requirements and prepares budgets\nPresents reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions. Manages project budget, schedules, and timelines. Constantly monitors and reports on the progress of the project stakeholders. Manages project performance, minimizes project risks, and establishes and maintains good relationship with all project members and stakeholders\nEvaluates and assesses project results\nADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nEDUCATION\nU.S.Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, information technology, or similar field. Or, additional four (4) years of required experience.\nEXPERIENCE\nThree (3) years or more experience in project management\nSKILLS\nProject management skills.\nAbility to listen, write, and speak effectively.
