Monitor AGV software platforms and integrate them with WMS/WCS systems to optimize vehicle traffic and task efficiency.\nManage day-to-day performance and health of AGV / AMR systems, including system uptime, fault response, and battery diagnostics. Conduct root cause analysis on recurring faults and implements corrective and preventive actions.\nProvide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to onsite maintenance teams, technicians, and programmers.\n Essential Functions\nMaintain proper slotting configuration (Rack and Pick slots) to ensure efficiency in the warehouse\nStaffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees\nDevelop and maintain inter-related computer systems that functionally support the facility in all areas of operations including production, maintenance, warehousing, and administration.\nProvide complete training in the use of hardware and software to users of the systems\nMaintain JDA WMS logic - Ensure operations is satisfied with the way WMS works in: Allocating, Put away, Replenishment, etc.\nWork with operations to streamline processes and troubleshoot and correct any system problems\nMaintain labor management system and provide data to site leadership as required\nAssist in monitoring workload and assess evaluation/development plans of direct reports.\nResponsible for maintaining, trouble shooting, and improving on all interfaces of the WMS, material handling systems, RF devices, and other hardware (printers, label makers, etc.)\nDevelop and maintain system SOP’s (archiving, disaster recovery, back-up procedures, system specs, etc.)\nComplete velocity and layout analysis and associated changes as scheduled\nEnsure team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes, in line with business and personal development needs.
