In addition this position will be responsible for processing Purchase Orders (PO's) and Vendor payment requests. This position will be responsible to ensure the right part is purchased from the right vendor and maintain inventory level to maximize customer uptime.\nThis job requires either automotive or HD truck parts and inventory experience!\nShop Location- Parsippany, NJ\nShift/Schedule- Monday - Friday 1st shift\nHourly | Weekly Pay\nEssential Functions\nPrimary designee for conducting physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving\nProcessing of Purchase Orders and Supplier invoices\nEnsure Parts Received an properly recorded into inventory\nResponsible for overseeing parts obsolescence\nResponsible for shipping warranty and parts return to vendors\nResponsible for parts room organization and cleanliness\nAdditional Responsibilities\nContribute to cost containment through oversight and adherence to offective parts processes and policies as well as other functions as assigned.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nSkills and Abilities\nStrong verbal and written communication skills , Required\nDetailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices Acute attention to detail/Data entry accuracy, Required\nAbility to work independently and as a member of a team Strong interpersonal skills, Required\nQualifications\nH.S.
