The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) is an18to24-month structured and comprehensive training program to develop leadership and operational knowledge. The position involves working collaboratively with different teams to gain insights into the business, processes,and strategies to align with customer retention, allfacetsof operational excellence,and metrics.

This position will give you a chance toutilizeyour problem-solving abilities to help make good business decisions for the company.With support, mentorship,and training from your managers and fellow team members, along with your willingness torelocate, you will be prepared to take the next step in a successful career.This is an amazing opportunity for a recent college graduate to start their career with a successful and stable company.

Shop Location:Stockton, CA

Hours:Tuesday-Friday 10AM to 6:30PM. Saturday 6AM to 2:30PM

Schedule:Tuesday-Saturday

Essential Functions

• Responsible forthe customerrelationship activities by providing quality customer interface, proactive customer management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with the rental department to ensure maximumutilizationwithout compromising lease customers.

• Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction.

• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads. Ensure policy and processes are followed tooptimizerunning costs and maintenance overhead.

• Accountable for coordinating with Maintenance, Asset Management,Salesand Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.

• EnsureaccuratePM scheduling and follow-up,breakdownsand vehicle status updates; oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility.

Additional Responsibilities

• Relocation within the business unit at the conclusion of the training program isrequired.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree,required.

• 1 year or more in customer service with issue resolution,preferred.

• Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages. Advancedskills arerequired.

• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls,and metrics.Beginnerskills arerequired.
