This role ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, industry standards, and company policies while fostering a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.\n Essential Functions\nLead site safety programs and compliance through SafetyNet, including Emergency Action Plans, Hazmat, and CTPAT requirements.\nMonitor employee compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe work practices.\nManage Workers’ Comp notifications and Return to Work program\nTrack and analyze Total Safety Index (TSI) data in Power BI to identify trends and corrective opportunities.\nMaintain OSHA 300 logs and annual ITA submissions; support OSHA interactions when required.\nSupport incident and near-miss investigations by gathering information and completing reports.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nConduct daily safety walks, inspections, behavioral observations, and hazard observations\nManage, audit, and support Forklift Training Program\nConduct New Employee Safety Orientation\nChair and train the Safety Committee; oversee Behavior-Based Safety and GoodCatch programs.\nOversee Workday safety training compliance and ensure completion of all required courses within site timelines.\nConduct and track monthly/quarterly audits, inspections, and corrective actions.\nPerform other duties as required.\nSkills and Abilities\nStrong verbal and written communication skills , Required\nDevelops and delivers effective presentations , Required\nDemonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills , Required\nQualifications\nH.S.
