In this role you will assist in monitoring contractual compliance across our maintenance and repairs contracts.\nRydon provides a range of expert maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing and healthcare sectors. We look after over 35,000 homes for registered providers and several hundred buildings across 20 NHS Trusts throughout the country. We’re continuously investing in our people and this is what makes us one of the leading employers in our industry.\nJob Purpose\nThis is exciting opportunity for a Contract Compliance Officer to join our Partnership Performance team. You will have excellent organisational and record-keeping skills and a good understanding of the use of Microsoft Office Packages such as Word, Outlook and Excel.\nYou will have an analytical, compliant and proactive approach to tasks and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
