Rydon Maintenance Ltd have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician in Bristol on a facilities management contract with the NHS.\nRydon Maintenance Ltd provides a range of hard facilities management and property maintenance services in partnership with a range of NHS Trusts. We provide reactive and planned maintenance to a number of NHS buildings and we work to strict timescales and safety requirements to ensure the comfort and safety of service users using these NHS facilities. The contract covers a number of healthcare properties in a patch between Bristol, Salisbury and Swindon and the role will involve;\nReactive maintenance and repairs such as power and lighting faults\nPlanned preventative maintenance (PPM's) such as emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.\nMaintain and repair electrical systems and associated plant.\nRespond to breakdowns, fault-find and complete minor and small installations.\nYou will also support with other general building fabric repairs\nThere will also be the requirement to participate in the call-out rota to provide out-of-hours support. The normal working hours are 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
