This team has been appointed to provide a planned and reactive maintenance service to our end client, a world class provider of emergency and urgent health care services in pre-hospital and out of hospital environments.\nRydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group and is successfully providing hard FM (facilities management services) to a variety of clients, predominantly within the healthcare sector. We provide hard FM services across England for a growing number of NHS Trusts. We look after more than 250 buildings on behalf of 20 NHS Trusts on a planned, responsive repairs and small works projects basis. We provide maintenance services to hospitals, primary care, ambulance and mental health trusts. Using the latest technology we ensure properties are well maintained, efficient and fit for purpose.\nWatch our operational video to find out more information about working for Rydon:\nJob Purpose\nAs part of this Electrical Maintenance Engineer role, you will provide repairs to ambulance stations, make-ready centres and emergency response outpost centres across Sussex and Surrey.\nKey responsibilities include;\nReactive maintenance and repairs such as power and lighting faults\nPlanned preventative maintenance (PPM's) such as emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.\nRespond to breakdowns, fault-find and complete minor and small installations.\nYou will also support with other general building fabric repairs\nThere will also be the requirement to participate in a call-out rota to provide out-of-hours support. The normal working hours are 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
