We’re continuously investing in our people and this is what makes us one of the leading employers within the built environment.\nWatch our careers videos for more information about working at Rydon:\nJob Purpose\nAs part of this varied role you will be monitoring and improving internal quality procedures and processes across our healthcare and social housing maintenance and repairs contracts. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.\nExperience Required\nExperience gained working within a quality or compliance role would be beneficial, however it is not essential as full training will be provided. Previous experience with a company providing repairs to the housing and/or healthcare sector would be preferred.\nAbove all, you will have excellent attention to detail, an analytical approach, be highly organised with good communication skills.
