You will connect data across our internal systems, create the shared building blocks that AI solutions sit on, and help deliver larger internal projects, taking on more ownership as you grow. Alongside that, you will ship focused use cases with individual teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Success, HR, Product).\nThe Role\nYou are a builder, one who cares about what happens after the demo.\nYour mission is to turn AI opportunities into deployed, reliable solutions that teams use every day, and to make each one cheaper and faster to build than the last by investing in shared data access, integrations and tooling.\nYou will not work on Rydoo’s customer-facing product, but on internal tools, automations, and workflows that increase efficiency and quality across the company.\nYou will collaborate closely with the AI Transformation Lead and business teams to identify needs, prioritise use cases, and deliver solutions end-to-end.\nYou'll work closely with the AI Transformation Lead, who owns the use-case pipeline and priorities. You'll grow into owning the technical side: how solutions are designed, built, secured and kept running, with guidance from our engineering team on architecture and security.\nThis role is for someone who wants to learn fast, get real responsibility early and see their work used across a whole company.\nWhat Will You Do\nUse case development & delivery\nTranslate business needs into concrete AI solutions\nDesign, build, and deploy internal tools powered by AI (LLMs, automation, workflows)\nMove quickly from prototype to production-ready solutions\nEnsure solutions are reliable, usable, and scalable\nCross-functional collaboration\nWork directly with teams (Sales, Finance, CS, HR, etc.) to understand their workflows\nHelp prioritise the most impactful use cases\nAct as the bridge between what is technically possible and what is operationally useful \nEnable teams to adopt and use the solutions you build\nProduct & technical ownership\nTake increasing ownership of internal AI tools, from first prototype to deployment\nMake pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and scalability\nContinuously improve solutions based on feedback and usage\nEnsure a strong focus on user experience and adoption\nTooling, automation & integrations\nBuild automations using tools such as APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, and custom scripts\nIntegrate AI capabilities into existing systems (CRM, support tools, finance tools, etc.)\nLeverage multiple models and providers depending on the use case\nEnsure robustness and maintainability of what you build\nAI experimentation & innovation\nStay up to date with the latest AI tools and capabilities\nRapidly test new approaches and identify what works in practice\nBring new ideas proactively to the organization\nGovernance & best practices\nEnsure secure and compliant use of data in all solutions\nFollow and contribute to internal AI guidelines\nBalance experimentation with responsible usage\nWhat success looks like (12-18 months)\nMultiple AI-powered internal tools are in production and used weekly by the teams they were built for\nClear productivity gains are observed in key workflows\nYou can take a use case from idea to a running, monitored solution with little guidance\nSolutions are robust, scalable, and well adopted\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering or a similar technical role. \nHands-on experience putting LLM-based solutions into production, not only prototyping them\nYou understand what makes a solution reliable after launch (testing, monitoring, handling failures) \nFamiliarity with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Slack, M365 or Snowflake is a plus\nExperience with GTM tooling such as Outreach, Clay or Jiminny is a plus\nTechnical Skills\nGood working knowledge of SQL and APIs, and comfortable coding in Python or TypeScript\nExperience with CRM or SaaS APIs (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus. You'll learn authentication, permissions, API limits and write-back on the job\nExperience with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, or equivalent) is a plus\nAbility to work with multiple AI models and understand their trade-offs\nKnow when not to use an LLM: rules, deterministic code or an existing tool are often the better answer\nSolid engineering fundamentals & coding knowledge\nExperience deploying and running services in the cloud (Azure is a plus)\nMindset & Capabilities\nBuilder mindset: you like shipping things that work\nPragmatic: you use what's already there before building something new, and keep things simple enough for one engineer to run\nYou measure whether what you built is actually used and makes a difference\nComfortable with ambiguity: you ask questions, make a plan and check in, rather than waiting for a perfect spec\nStrong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams\nCoachable: you look for feedback and learn from code reviews and
