This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong product sense, who cares deeply about users, accessibility, performance, and scalable design.\nOn a day-to-day, you will:\nOwn features and systems end-to-end: from understanding the user problem, through architecture, development, and operating it in production.\nDesign, build, and operate high-scale backend infrastructure serving users with real-time, low-latency requirements.\nCollaborate directly with product and engineering to shape what we build, not just how we build it.\nDig into complex production issues - performance, reliability, data processing - and solve them under real constraints.\nContinuously improve system architecture, observability, and development practices.\nLeverage AI as part of the daily engineering work to accelerate development.\nRequirements\n6+ years of experience building complex distributed backend systems in production with Go, Node.js, or Python on cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS).\nDeep understanding of scalability, performance, system design, and cloud infrastructure.\nStrong problem-solving instincts.\nProduct mindset - you think about the user, not just the system.
