This role is ideal for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting capabilities and architectural thinking.\nAs part of an innovative and fast-moving environment, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions that support business-critical processes across our organization and ecosystem.\nThe landscape includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data 360 and Agentforce.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign scalable and maintainable Salesforce solution architectures across multiple clouds\nLead complex Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions\nDrive best practices across development, security, governance, and release management\nBuild and optimize integrations using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and external platforms\nDevelop custom Salesforce functionality using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and appropriate declarative Salesforce capabilities.\nSupport and extend Data Cloud capabilities and customer data strategies.\nContribute to technical discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.\nShape a practical AI and Agentforce roadmap focused on measurable business outcomes across sales, service and revenue workflows.\nMentor developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture\nStay updated on Salesforce innovations, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies\nQualifications\nCore Technical Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development and architecture.\nExpertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs\nExperience with REST/SOAP integrations and integration architecture patterns\nSolid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governance models\nExperience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud\nExposure to Salesforce Data Cloud is highly valued\nExperience with Salesforce AI, ideally including agent actions/skills, grounding, controls, testing and measurable business outcomes\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development, DevOps, and release management\nUnderstanding of enterprise integration patterns and scalable system design\nBusiness & Consulting Skills\n· Strong understanding of B2B subscription, SaaS, DaaS, research or information-services revenue processes.\n· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.\n· Pragmatic and hands-on, with the ability to move between business workshops, solution design, code review and troubleshooting.\n· Ability to balance technical excellence with business value delivery.\n· Experience working in agile teams and fast-paced delivery environments.\nCompany Fit\nWe are an energy intelligence company driven by innovation, collaboration and curiosity.
