As the Program Manager, you'll provide a positive, safe, and supportive milieu environment for youth experiencing crisis, using a trauma/DEI-informed framework. You'll also be responsible for collaborative program development, training, milieu management, and group facilitation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop milieu routines that support regulation and skill generalization.
