You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across the company to solve important problems, improve member experiences, and help drive the next phase of Rythm's growth.\nThis is not a narrowly scoped role. We're looking for someone who combines strong execution with strategic thinking, enjoys operating in ambiguity, and is excited to help build systems, processes, and experiences that scale. You'll have significant ownership, influence, and the opportunity to help shape the future of both the company and your function.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nReceive, open, and sort incoming specimen envelopes; flag damaged shipments.\nSort/triage samples by registration status.\nPerform pre-analytical prep including declotting prior to instrument loading.\nSupport general workflow, such as centrifuging, labeling, organizing.\nMaintain a clean and compliant workspace; assist with supplies and waste.\n This position schedule is Monday - Friday, 11 AM - 7 PM CT\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nBachelor's Degree required; science coursework a plus.\nPrior lab, clinical, or warehouse experience preferred.\nStrong attention to detail on repetitive, high-volume tasks.\nAbility to follow SOPs and safety protocols.\nComfortable working with biological specimens (training provided).\nReliable and punctual;
