The required work schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.\nThe ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated clinical laboratory environment. This role involves data entry, sample accessioning, and processing in accordance with established procedures.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nAccurately receive, accession, and track incoming specimens using laboratory information systems (LIS).\nVerify specimen integrity, labeling accuracy, and documentation compliance.\nAliquot and prepare blood samples according to established protocols.\nEnter, review, and maintain accurate electronic laboratory records.\nAdhere to CLIA/CAP-compliant SOPs, laboratory safety requirements, and quality assurance procedures.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory workspace.\nCommunicate specimen status and promptly escalate issues to the Lab Supervisor.\nSupport additional laboratory tasks as needed to meet operational demands.\n *Work Schedule: 2nd shift required.
