Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, expense platforms, and concierge/travel tools - with active use of AI assistants to streamline workflows\nAvailable during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours, paired with high responsiveness for urgent off-hours needs (e.g., travel or time-sensitive asks)\nProactive problem solver who builds clear approval systems, onboards quickly onto new software, and executes without waiting for instructions\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn complex calendar operations across three separate business entities and personal schedules, eliminating conflicts and managing heavy multi-tool coordination\nTake charge of inbox triage across email and Slack, drafting responses, prioritizing urgent items, and communicating directly as the founder where authorized\nDrive meeting preparation and follow-through -
