This is a high-visibility, client-facing role for an accountable project leader who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.\nOperating within the Pacific Time Zone, you will lead high-profile implementations from kickoff through rollout, driving stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery excellence at every step.\nResponsibilities:\nLiaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, and keep projects to a set time frame\nActively manage stakeholders; expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across projects\nEnsure adherence to Plative delivery structure and project management methodology during implementation of the solution\nDeliver strategic business and project reviews to educate clients on proposed solutions\nCommunicate reports regarding budget ownership, project status, risk management and escalation of issues\nCoordinate IT project teams to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers\nBe a client advocate to resolve and manage escalations to ensure client satisfaction\nWork on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and ownership of SFDC build out\nCreate and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to client stakeholders\nBasic Qualifications\nFull, life-cycle implementation experience with NetSuite across multiple industry verticals\n3+ years Project Management experience and within consulting environment\nAt least 4 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations\nDemonstrated expertise in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Project Financials, KPI & Reporting\nSolid understanding of Quality Management principles and practices\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, IT or MBA\nDelivered numerous complex NetSuite projects\nCSM and SuiteFoundation certifications\nAbout RYZ Labs:\nRYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
