You'll collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot production behavior, improve existing functionality, and prevent recurring issues through thoughtful engineering.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys both building software and making existing applications work better.\nWhat You'll Do\nInvestigate and resolve bugs across the frontend, backend, and database.\nReproduce unexpected application behavior and identify the underlying technical cause.\nImplement fixes and improvements using TypeScript and React.\nAnalyze application data and SQL queries to understand unexpected results and troubleshoot issues.\nUse logs, monitoring tools, and error-tracking platforms to diagnose production problems.\nImprove application usability by refining forms, filters, sorting, error handling, and other user-facing functionality.\nIdentify recurring technical problems and develop solutions that prevent them from happening again.\nContribute to code quality, application stability, dependency updates, and security improvements.\nCollaborate with product and engineering teammates to prioritize issues and deliver reliable solutions.\nCommunicate technical findings clearly and document investigations and solutions for distributed teams.\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nRequired Qualifications\n2-4 years of experience developing and maintaining production web applications.\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and React.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nExperience debugging application issues and troubleshooting unexpected behavior in production or development environments.\nAbility to investigate problems using logs, error reports, user feedback, and incomplete technical information.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to understand existing codebases and make targeted improvements without introducing regressions.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nComfortable collaborating asynchronously with a distributed engineering team.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Next.js or other modern web frameworks.\nFamiliarity with PostgreSQL and ORMs such as Drizzle.\nExperience with error monitoring and product analytics tools such as Sentry and PostHog.\nExposure to cloud platforms and deployment environments such as Vercel or AWS.\nExperience with production incident investigation, on-call rotations, or application maintenance.\nFamiliarity with Hono, Neon, Terraform, or similar technologies.\nExperience improving application reliability,
