RYZE is uniquely positioned to redefine how people think about daily wellness.\nWe’re a lean, fast-moving, mission-driven team who believe daily rituals create the foundation for living your greatest life, and we’re just getting started!\nROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW:\nWe are adding an Inventory Analyst to our remote operations team to keep pace with growing transaction volume across our co-manufacturing partners and warehouse locations. This role works alongside our existing inventory team members, sharing the same core scope while taking ownership of additional locations and partners. The work is a mix of hands-on transaction execution in NetSuite and the analysis that sits on top of it: reconciling what our system says against what our co-manufacturers report, finding the root cause when the\ntwo disagree, and keeping inventory data clean enough for accounting to close the month on it.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nResponsibilities will include\nPartner Reporting & Reconciliation:\nReconcile inventory balances in NetSuite against third-party reporting from our co-manufacturers, ensuringdata consistency across all locations.\nReview co-manufacturer production and consumption reports for completeness and accuracy beforeposting.\nWork directly with co-manufacturer contacts to research and resolve discrepancies, short receipts, and unreported movements.\nTrack inbound shipments through receipt, escalating delays, quantity variances, and damages.\nInvestigate and document root causes of partner-level variances, and follow through on corrective actions.\nTransaction Execution in NetSuite:\nExecute and audit assembly builds for manufacturing, kitting, and finished goods.\nProcess and validate inventory adjustments tied to production, kitting, rework, and corrections.\nEnter and verify item receipts, transfers, and returns for co-manufacturer and warehouse locations.\nValidate Bills of Materials (BOMs) used in production and kitting assemblies.\nEnsure transactions post accurately by SKU, quantity, location, and date, and align with physicalmovements and partner reporting.\nAnalysis, reporting & Month-End Close\nBuild and maintain recurring inventory reports - on-hand positions, variance summaries, aging, and discrepancy logs.\nIdentify discrepancies between expected and actual material usage, and quantify the impact.\nPerform data validation to surface posting errors, duplicate transactions, and missing entries.\nAnalyze trends in recurring discrepancies and recommend process or system fixes.\nAssist with end-of-month inventory close and reconciliations across all locations and partners.\nProvide transaction-level support, documentation, and written variance explanations for accounting and audits.\nMaintain SOPs for the tasks you own, and other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nPROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:\n2+ years of hands-on experience in inventory, supply chain, ecommerce operations, or transactional accounting\nWorking experience in NetSuite - assembly builds, item receipts, transfers, inventory adjustments, and saved searches\nExperience reconciling internal inventory records against third-party reporting from co-manufacturers, contract manufacturers, or outsourced warehouse partners\nAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and comfort in large multi-thousand-row files\nDemonstrated accuracy with detailed numerical data, and the discipline to double-check your own work before it moves downstream\nStrong written English - you will document findings, escalate issues to partners, and explain variances in writing\nAbility to work independently in a remote setup, and to raise a flag early when something looks wrong\nReliable internet connection and a computer suitable for full-time remote work.\nPREFERRED (But not required):\nExperience in a DTC, ecommerce, CPG, or food and beverage environment.\nExposure to co-packer or contract manufacturing relationships, BOM structures, and kitting operations.\nExperience participating in a month-end or year-end inventory close.\nDepth in NetSuite beyond day-to-day transactions -
