On-call rotation required.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, deploy, and maintain data center networks and interconnects.\nMonitor network performance/capacity; optimize to meet uptime and latency targets.\nTroubleshoot connectivity, latency, and packet loss; perform RCA and remediation.\nImplement network security and segmentation (ACLs, firewalls, microsegmentation).\nAutomate provisioning and configuration (Ansible/Python); maintain documentation.\nPlan and execute changes, upgrades, and lifecycle management with minimal downtime.:\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s in CS/EE/IT or equivalent experience.\n4+ years in data center networking.\nStrong routing/switching: BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, ECMP, IPv4/IPv6, QoS.\nHands-on with Cisco/Arista/Juniper; experience with ACI or EVPN fabrics; LB/firewalls a plus.\nProficient with monitoring and NetOps tools (e.g., NetBox, SolarWinds, sFlow/SNMP, Grafana).\nScripting/automation (Python, Ansible) and version control (Git).\nCertifications a plus: CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP, Arista ACE.\nAbout RYZ Labs:\nRYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
