Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred, though candidates with strong implementation experience across other ERP platforms, such as SAP, will also be considered.\nResponsibilities include:\nManage end-to-end ERP implementation projects across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through go-live and post-implementation activities\nManage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously, ensuring projects remain on track, within scope, budget, and timeline\nCoordinate with internal project teams, technical resources, consultants, and external client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery\nActively manage client expectations, project scope, resource alignment, timelines, risks, and competing priorities across projects\nServe as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout the engagement\nLead project meetings, status updates, discovery sessions, and implementation workshops with clients and internal teams\nTranslate client business requirements into clear project plans, deliverables, milestones, and actionable workstreams\nMonitor project health, identify risks and blockers, and proactively drive resolution and escalation when needed\nManage project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and overall delivery performance\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are effectively incorporated into ERP configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities\nPrepare and communicate project status reports, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership\nSupport clients through change management and implementation challenges, acting as a trusted partner throughout the engagement\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, methodologies, and team efficiency\nBasic Qualifications:\n3+ years of hands-on project management experience within a consulting or professional services environment\nProven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects\nExperience with NetSuite implementations strongly preferred; experience with SAP or other major ERP platforms will also be considered\nProven experience managing multiple external, client-facing projects simultaneously\nStrong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, planning, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live\nStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal\nPolished professional presence and confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders\nStrong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment\nExperience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies\nDesired Qualifications:\nHands-on experience managing multiple NetSuite ERP implementations\nNetSuite certifications or relevant ERP certifications\nExperience working with complex ERP integrations, data migrations, and cross-functional implementation teams\nExperience working directly with C-level or executive stakeholders\nExperience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies\nExperience using project management and work management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent\nExperience leveraging AI tools to improve project delivery and project management workflows, including automation, documentation, meeting follow-ups, reporting, or project tracking\nFamiliarity with AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar tools\nAbout RYZ Labs:\nRYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
