Deine zukünftige Rolle bei RZL

  • Aufbau und Wartung unserer Cloud Umgebung
  • Sicherstellung der Plattformsicherheit und des Infrastruktur Managements
  • Betreuung unserer Cloud Kunden bei technischen Problemen
  • Durchführen von Kundenmigrationen (Datenübernahme, Installationen, etc.)
  • Technische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden bei einem Umstieg
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Entwicklungsteams, um neue Lösungen zu integrieren.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Uni/FH)
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Azure Kenntnisse, andere Cloud Technologien von Vorteil
  • Azure Virtual Desktop und Infrastructure as Code Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in Windows Server, Terminal Server und Citrix von Vorteil
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und der technischen Kundenberatung
  • Lernbereite, offene Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Zusätzliche Informationen
