This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.\nRole Overview\nAs a Senior Analyst at RZR, you will operate with a high degree of independence and end-to-end ownership across all campaign functions for some of our most strategic accounts - including our Tier 1 and China portfolio. You will use strong analytical thinking to translate trends into clear insights and actions, proactively driving performance improvements and developing testing strategies that enhance both campaign results and client outcomes.\nThis is not a role where you wait to be told what to investigate. You will maintain a disciplined daily monitoring cadence, identify anomalies early, escalate concerns promptly, and keep managers and Customer Success consistently informed before being asked.
