This role also owns key architecture deliverables within the Endpoint space.\nThe role combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with accountability for architecture governance, operating model discipline, and design quality-ensuring solutions are scalable, aligned to standards, and consistently executed.\nYou will partner closely with the Endpoint Manager and engineering team to drive roadmap alignment, solution design, and execution across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.\nThis role works cross-functionally-particularly with InfoSec (GIS)-to integrate modern deployment solutions and cloud-first strategies, supporting project delivery, M&A activity, and ongoing operational needs.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead endpoint solutioning across Windows, macOS, and mobile, combining hands-on engineering expertise with conceptual and logical architecture design\n\nDefine and enforce endpoint architecture governance, including standards, templates, checklists, policies, and quality frameworks\n\nDefine and manage endpoint roadmap, including feature prioritization, vendor insights, roadmap cadence, and improvement of project submission and resource estimation quality\n\nPartner with engineering teams to validate feasibility, guide PoCs, and ensure solutions align with architecture standards and enterprise design expectations\n\nDevelop and maintain deep expertise in the endpoint ecosystem, including hardware, OS, applications, security, and end-user experience considerations\n\nSet and monitor MSP standards, SLAs/XLAs, and performance metrics while ensuring adherence to security policies and infrastructure management processes\n\nGuide teams on architecture practices and collaborate across teams to drive consistent execution, continuous improvement, and resolution of complex technical issues, including leading major incident response, engaging vendors, and providing on-call support as needed\n\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING\nUniversity Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience\n\n5+ years of experience in the Endpoint and Desktop Management space including but not limited to systems design, implementation and support.\nStrong understanding of Modern Device Management concepts, the Digital Workspace Industry direction, Enterprise sized Endpoint ecosystem use cases, including Windows OS, Mac OS, and Mobile concepts.\n\nMinimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in two or more of the following:\nAdministration, configuration and design for Modern Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune, JAMF)\n\nExperience working with at least two of the following: Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, SCCM, GPO, or CPC\n\nQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.\n\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS\nTransformative experience with Endpoint services in medium to large sized company.\nExperience in mergers and acquisitions work.\nProven track record of a cross team collaborative approach\nExperience with Microsoft Office 365\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome difficult challenges\nStrong interpersonal and team building skills\nMicrosoft and/or Intune certifications are a plus\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nFull Time- regular schedule for corporate\n\nRemote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period.\n\nThis role is not eligible for relocation\n\nBENEFITS AND PERKS\nSC Johnson’s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
