You will have significant cross functional interaction with team members, Finance, customer marketing and supply chain/logistic to deliver insights which will impact business results.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDeveloping and monitoring incentive system aligned with company strategy\n\nDeveloping information and reporting system ie: sales, Distribution, incentive, budget etc.\n\nMonitors Trade Returns, and propose corrective actions to reduce actual levels and values\n\nCo-leads the Sales Team’s budget setting process, and ensures targets assigned to Channels/Geographies/Customers are fair and appropriate\n\nLead S & OP forecast process\n\nEnsure strong service level to customers (Distributor and Accounts)\n\nResponsible to train internal system\n\nMonitor AP Claim process from customer to ensure all claims are Valid\n\nEnsure data quality is valid and enhanced across disparate data sources, leading the development of any data-oriented guidance.\n\nRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies:\nA minimum of bachelor’s degree in any major\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience as Data Analyst and at least 2 years of experience as People Manager\n\nStrong experience in Data Management and Analysis\n\nHands-on experience with NielsenIQ, SAP, Power BI, Excel and Reporting\n\nExperience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments\n\nJob Requirements:\nPermanent - full time job\n\nNo relocation eligibility\n\nBenefits & Culture:\nSC Johnson is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
