You will serve as the Quality voice for projects affecting Kyiv Plant, proactively assess quality risks and define mitigation actions, ensure specification compliance and line qualification.\nResponsibilities\nDriving implementation of Quality standards, procedures, strategies and global initiatives at the plant level\nBuild robust Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards as well as ISO 9001:2015 standards that drive continuous improvement in Quality performance;\nWorking closely with Site Manager, Regional Quality Director and Regional Business Leads on priorities, objectives, strategies and KPI’s and drive delivery at the plant level;\nLead and manage Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance/Control activities and the Quality Team at the Plant Level;\nPlan and implement quality assurance activities for new products and changes, including specification and technical reviews, line trials and validations, development of quality success criteria, and preparation of related quality documentation and reports;\nPartner with cross-functional Factory and Project teams on Quality Engineering activities, including statistical analysis, Production Line Qualifications and product quality compliance validations;\nLead and support Quality Incidents and Escalations through deep root cause investigation, Corrective and Preventive Action planning, implementation and validation;\nAnalyze quality data and monitor KPIs to identify quality losses, support cost reduction and prioritize quality improvement projects;\nExperience you’ll bring:\nBachelor's degree in scientific discipline, such as chemical or physical science, Quality Engineering, or Quality Management Systems;\n5+ years of relevant experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG,\nPrevious experience leading or supervising a Quality team, with demonstrated ability to coach, develop and motivate others.\nSolid understanding of quality laboratory testing and Quality Management Systems;\nExperience in problem solving, process control, process capability;\nProficient understanding of validation, calibration and preventive maintenance programs;\nAt least Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and oral; \nBehaviors you’ll need:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from executives to plant personnel and users of equipment/procedures;\nAbility to influence and collaborate across functions in a matrix environment;\nPositive, proactive and solution-oriented approach with a can-do attitude.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe offer an excellent opportunity for career development and progression, a highly collaborative work environment and an autonomous and flexible working culture where you will be able to add value and be recognized and rewarded.\nYou need to be eligible to work in the country of application.\nTogether, we are creating a better future - for the planet, for future generations and for every SCJ team member.\nCome join us and make an impact through iconic global brands.\nGO FURTHER WITH OUR FAMILY™.\nInclusion & Diversity\nWe’re a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and ability.
