Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, this role will support the execution of capital projects, process improvements, and new product development initiatives. The successful candidate will also play a key role in managing and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to support operational excellence and compliance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure all engineering activities are conducted in compliance with SC Johnson’s safety policies and regulatory standards.\n\nManage and execute capital and process improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety) and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.\n\nContribute to the development and implementation of engineering standards and best practices.\n\nProvide technical input and feasibility assessments for new product development (NPD) projects, including equipment selection and cost estimation.\n\nLead or support the implementation of CAPAs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and sustainable improvements.\n\nMaintain accurate and timely project records, reports, and documentation in line with global engineering requirements.\n\nExperience:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).\n\n3-5 years of engineering and project management experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.\n\nExperience with aerosol manufacturing is advantageous.\n\nSkills & Behaviours\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\n\nAnalytical and detail-oriented mindset.\n\nEffective communicator across all levels of the organization.\n\nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.\n\nTeam player with a continuous improvement mindset.\n\nAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.\n\nThis position is not available for relocation and the candidate must be eligible to work in the country\nInclusion & Diversity\nWe’re a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and ability.
