This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Global Sourcing, and is critical to ensuring seamless coordination across suppliers, distributors, and Distribution Centers (DCs). The Analyst will act as the central point of contact for managing high-volume purchase order workflows, inventory management, and delivery execution. This role is an entry-level position, high possibility of mobility within the enterprise. \n\nStart Date: ASAP\nDuration: 1 year, with possibility of extension \nLocation: Brampton, 4 days per week (Perks: Onsite gym, cheap lunches etc.)\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including creation, tracking, and issue resolution\nOwn and actively manage inventory levels, ensuring alignment with demand and minimizing stock-out risk\nMonitor inventory and proactively identify and mitigate risks (shortages, delays, overstock)\nCoordinate daily with domestic and offshore suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment\nExpedite deliveries and resolve supply chain disruptions in real time\nServe as the primary liaison between Global Sourcing, distributors, and Distribution Centers (DCs)\nMaintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems\nCommunicate status updates, risks, and escalations to stakeholders clearly and proactively\nSupport operational continuity by handling high-volume, detail-oriented workflows\n\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or other relevant retail / warehouse working experience;
