reporting, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working with both business and technical teams in a complex enterprise environment.\n\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience with IT separation planning and TSA (Transition Services Agreement) activities.\nExperience with Day 1 / Day 2 readiness and cutover planning.\nExperience across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, networking, or end-user computing workstreams.\nExperience managing third-party vendors and service providers.\nPMP or other formal project/program management certification\n\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the overall IT program plan for a divestiture, coordinating multiple technology workstreams and dependencies.\nEstablish program governance, plans, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and reporting.\nCoordinate across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, networks, end-user technology, and other IT functions as required.\nWork with business and IT stakeholders to define priorities, dependencies, transition requirements, and key deliverables.\nManage program risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions through to resolution.\nCoordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party service providers involved in the separation.\nTrack progress against the program plan and provide clear status reporting to leadership and program stakeholders.\nSupport transition and cutover planning, ensuring technology dependencies and readiness activities are identified and managed.\nFacilitate working sessions and decision-making across technical and business stakeholders.\nIdentify
