requirements definition, scope assessment, and impact analysis for large-scale IT projects\nFacilitate refinement sessions and communicate requirements with development teams and stakeholders\nDevelop, execute, and coordinate testing activities including test scenarios, test plans, and user acceptance testing\nAnalyze business problems and recommend scalable solutions\nManage tasks and workflows using JIRA while monitoring progress and resolving blockers\nSupport end-to-end project delivery through coordination, stakeholder engagement, process validation, and administrative assistance\n\nMust Haves\n1+ years in Business Analysis supporting business requirements, systems analysis, and technology initiatives\nDemonstrated work within Agile Scrum teams as a Business Analyst\nExperience facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders and scrum teams\nExperience supporting requirements definition, scope assessment, and impact analysis for IT projects\nUniversity degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, computer science, or related field\n\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of high-available banking and payments systems\nCBAP,
